ASR Detected by System ROM

[Soap]

We have a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server that keeps restarting due to a BSOD
accoding to the log files. I am unable to figure out what keep causing this.
I m guessing a memory leak keeps occuring. Can anyone help point me in the
right direction? Thanks
