I have installed MS Office 2003 on Terminal Server 2003
During the installation of Office it requested the "Name:" and "Organization
Name:" for the user being installed. The name that I typed it now shows up
for any user that uses Office on the terminal server.
This is a problem for us since some files are used by many people so we need
accurate information when Excel shows that a file is in use by a particular
user so that we can contact that use to get them to close the file.

Is there a place that I can change the username for each Terminal Server
profile so that each person's name will show up properly?

Thanks for your help.

David,
Use the custom installation wizard (ORK Office 2003) to create the file
.mst. Select %username% in the customization. Each user have the personal
name (AD).
