NT Service using RDP

Hi,
suppose I have a network with a ftp server and clients, and
applications on client side sending files.

Do I can reproduce the same architecture using RPD and virtual channels
?
I mean, have a Terminal Service Server running an app, and desktop
clients stablishing (and closing) sessions\connections to the server to
send files and disconnect, without any user intervention nor user
interfaces.
It would be like a nt service and clients architecture but using RDP
instead TCP\IP.
