Force WIN.INI file for TSE user

Hi,

I have a old 16bits application which uses WIN.INI file. On TSE, it does not
work anymore, since I suppose the loooong path (c:\documents and
settings\username\win.ini) is not supported by this application.
Is there a way to urge this app to use the "standard" win.ini file ?
I reas something on "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Terminal Server\Compatibility" ?
