MSRDP resizing active session

If SmartSize option is not set the window is always displayed with
scrollbar but the resolution looks good. With Smartsizing scrollbar is
not displayed and i can see th entire window (including the taskbar)
but resolution is really bad.

Is there another way to resize the window without using the option.
