Terminal Server + Word 2k3 problem

I have this weird issue with Word. We have a third party program that
uses OLE Automation to open Word and generate a proposal. All users
can open Word, Excel, etc. when logged into TS and open the proposal
generation file but when the third party program tries to generate a
proposal I get this error that says, "You have not entered a valid
product key. Contact your administrator ...". I click ok and get
another error message that says, "This feature is not available.
Contact your Administrator." If I log on as Admin I can generate the
proposals just fine. That would seem to indicate a permissions
problem.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
