Service failure Message

Does anyone out there know if there is a way to prevent the

"At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use event
viewer to examine the event log for details"

message from coming up? I know what is causing the message to appear but
would like to just bypass it. Is there a flag or registry setting which will
cause this message to be skipped?

I appreciate any help.

panel, services)!!!
