completely wiping a NT NTFS disk

Mark,

Boot off the NT Setup diskette. It will ask where you want to install NT.
Choose the C: drive, then delete and recreate the partition.

or try DELPART.EXE from MS.
Saves you the copy phase to get to the 'delete partition screen'.

You will have yo use FDISK to delete the NTFS partition, and create a new
DOS partition, where you can reinstall NT.
