NT 4.0 Server Stop Error on Install: 0x0000004E (HELP!)

I have come accross an installation error that I have not seen before. This
error occurs after entering the serial number.

STOP: 0X0000004E
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

There are some other numbers that are also listed after the initial STOP on
the same line. This is a PII-266 system with 96 megs of ram and a WD 6.4
gig drive. I have tried to locate this error though support on the internet
and had no success.

If you have any idea about the source of this problem or what it means, I
would appreciate the help.

this is caused by corrupted I/O driver structures. The bugcheck reference
(Q103059) says to use the kernel debugger and get a stack trace...good luck
