DNS Lookup every 2 minutes

Similar problem on several of our clients sites running NT v4.

If we use MS DNS server, the server does DNS lookups every two minutes.
There are no settings that I can see that would account for this. No data
is transferred as we've itemised ISDN bills for each site and all we've got
is thousands of calls all 1 unit long. If we disable the DNS server then
the calls stop.

I can find nothing even remotely similar in any of the MS help files,
surprise, surprise.

We have the same problem with our server. ervery two minutes there's a
lookup.
