Open My Computer.
Click on Tools in the menu bar and select Folder Options...
Click the File Types tab.
Scroll down until you reach File Folder and click on that.
Click the Advanced button.
Select whichever entry it is you want to remove and click the Remove button.
That should take care of it. BUT, if the remove button does not become
enabled for some reason and you can't click on it, you'll have to venture
into the registry. Definitions for the right-click menu of folders are in
the following location in the registry: HKCR\Directory\shell\ If you don't
know what that means, you might not want to be editing the registry, but if
you do...that key should have the same entries as in the Folder Options and
you can delete whichever ones you don't want.
Good luck!

Some of these things (the ACDSee one in particular), you can remove from
within the program that put it there.
Others, you may be able to remove from within "folder options/file types" in
explorer (look for the N/C extension to find folders).
Or, you may have to go into the registry under (for example)
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell
and remove items there.
