Search for RFC 793 for TCP info
Search for RFC 791 for IP info
You'll get all the information you want. One site that I've found helpful
is:
http://oac3.hsc.uth.tmc.edu/staff/snewton/tcp-tutorial/index.html

The RFCs (Request For Comments) cover a lot of TCP/IP and the
application protocols that run on top of it. Shouldn't be too hard to
find on the Net. :-)

... It's 11:56 pm. Do you know where your modem is?
