NT wont detect 2nd processor, any ideas?

I remember reading someplace that there was something that
had to be added or changed in order to have NT4 detect and
utilize a second processor.

Anyone have any idea if I am just dreaming or is there a
trick?
I installed a 2nd p3-866 into our NT server here and it
still shows up as only a single processor during the boot
cycle. Even though the bios detects the second processor
jsut fine.
Any help is appreciated.
