Outlook on NT 4.0 Not working for New Accounts

I just ran into a problem with Outlook under NT 4.0. I am able to access
all of the funcitions of Outlook, connect to Internet for mail and
everything. However, when I create a new login account locally and try to
run Outlook from the new account, problem...

Outlook tells me that it can't find any profiles, and that the mail/fax
profile manager needs to be run from the Control panel. When I run said
utility, it does not allow me to access anything, gives me an error and
doesn't run.

Has anyone experianced this problem and found a work around or fix???

You may want to try posting this to the Outlook newsgroup as well.
It's seems to work fine here.
