Nine File diffs SP6a vs SP6a128 Hi-Encry

in 2002 when i tried to do sp6a; it said no-joy
since 128-bit High Encryption was in effect;
was because i had installed IE 5.5 which
unknowingly upgraded; found disk with
SP6128I.EXE which did the Hi-Encry pack.
