We are switching from a NT4.0 server to a Server 2003 network. We've got a
new server for 2003. I need to move a drive from the old NT box to the new
server. The problem is that the drive is formatted with NTFS 4.0 which is not
compatible with the version of NTFS that is used by 2003. I was wondering if
you knew of a way to convert the drive from NTFS 4.0 to NTFS 5.0 without
having to reformat the drive.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.

hmmmm...

With Windows 2000, if you mounted a drive formatted by NTFS under NT4, the
Win2k system would automatically "upgrade" the file system. I'm not sure if
this is the case with Win2k3.
