Booting from mirror drive

Hello
We had a primary drive in a mirror set go bad. We have replaced it and set
the mirrors back up, while booting from and NT FT floppy disk. We are trying
to set the system up to boot properly, but we keep getting the error
"couldn't find ntldr". If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly
appreciated.
