dfs link not replicating

Hello All,

We have DFS infrastructure as mentioned below:

\\xyz.vom\abc - DFS Root

This root is hosted on 2 servers (Root Targets) server1 and server2. Server1
was always root target. Server2 was added later. We do not replicate any
contents.

We have couple of links under the DFS Root. Out of 9 links, 8 links are in
sync on both servers. Somehow, one link will not replicate. When I go browse
the share on root target server2, it does not show that folder. On server1
it exists.

This results in user complaints. Users who gets connected to server1 via
DFS (which is transparent to users anyway) see their folders fine. Users who
gets connected to Server to don't see the folder hence complaints.

I checked FRS event logs. Nothing!

We are Windows 2000 Native and DFS is Domain Root (We don't have a single
Windows Server 2003 yet and we don't use stand-alone root).
