Creating Targets

Hi we are currently using a number of DFSs which are all working fine.
We also have a problematic service, we have a problem since someone deleted
the root.
We created the new root no problem we then added about 20 links which
replicates between two servers in a sort of hob and spoke effect. I know we
could have created one link for this. We then created another root which has
about 20-30 targets. I managed to add nearly all but two, which came up with
an error "more data is available". This won't let me add, configure, remove
or anything. After playing about for awhile I decided to remove the whole
link and start again.
After adding the link it won't let me add any more servers as targets, I
just get the same error. The other links seem to be working fine but don't
wont to mess about with it.
