I recently upgraded my Windows Media Player to version 11. Now when I try
and play some of my purchased tracks, I get a Napster pop-up and a message
about "downloading media usage rights" that never goes away. I purchased the
tracks in question from a music service called FullAudio which I think is now
defunct. Does anyone know how I can "unlock" these tracks?

You're probably out of luck. The reason for the Napster (gag) popup is that
Napster is the default store when Windows Media Player 11 is installed.

A little further research reveals that opening FullAudio.com redirects to
Napster.com.

Perhaps Napster bought them out. Perhaps Napster will honor your rentals;
perhaps they won't. Contact them and please let us know what you find out.
