I am streaming my club from a video camera placed at the top of my club.
The audio and video are coming into my computer (2.0 GIG 800MB RAM). Then I
use windows encoder 7.1 to stream it out to people. I have everything
setup, I have an ADSL connection, and people can view the live stream,
however, it is slow and a not so great quality. I was wondering how I can
imporve this. I heard if I encode from one computer, and send the signal
out from another, that would improve the quality. The problem is that the
computer is running at 100% CPU. Does anyone know where I can find
instructions on how to have 1 computer encode and the other stream?

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Jeff Miller

Did you ever get a reply to this; basicaly you want to setup a second
computer with Windows Media Serivces, and feed the output of the PC with
Windows mdia Encoder to that machine. People on the outside will then
connect to the second machine.
