I have just upgraded to and installed Windows Media Player v.9 to Windows XP
Professional. NOW my system does not recognize a CD in either of my two
drives. I restored to the point prior to the installation, however, my
system still does not recognize a CD in either drive. I have also removed
the drivers for both CD players and reinstalled. STILL - no recognition of
a file or CD in the two CD drives. What can I do now? This upgrade has
rendered my CD drives useless.
