Hello,
I use WMS 2008 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise to stream live
sessions. The streams are pulled to an encoding workstation running Microsoft
Expression Encoder 3.

Here is my questions:

- I play the stream with Windows Media Player 12 (standalone player or
embedded in html page in IE) and I notice that in the statistics view in WMP
the protocol use to stream is MMS. Why ? Is It normal ? I ve expected to see
RTSPU (Fast Cache is disabled)

- I have activated the log for multicast session but I don't receive logs
from my clients. Here is the procedure that I made:
1) Copy the "wmsiislog.dll" in the wwwroot folder of IIS. I use IIS 7
2) Run the multicast annoncement wizard and specify the url of the logging
agent
3) Activate the ISAPI support of the logging agent in ISS.
Can someone tell me why I don't receive log information ?

Thanks.
