Stream source from a player embedded in webpage

Hi there,

Please i want to know whether there is an application like windows media
live encoder that can be embeded in web page to fetch live streams from
a webcam and send the stream to the windows media streaming server to be
streamed to cleints. Or whether the windows media live encoder can be
embedded in a webpage?
