Adding Script commands at server to Multi Bitrate streams

I am using WMVNetWrite sample in Windows Media Format SDK and inserting timestamp to stream every 10 seconds with script commands , but for multi bitrate streams on user side where I embed the stream it shows 3 videos . I think WMVNetwrite doesnt handle multi bitrate streams well . I think I have to create a profile for MBR stream and write script commands on it for each stream ?
