Hello,

I have a similar problem.

The SD card in my phone (Samsung impression) is recognized and properly
synced most of the time, but then sometime WMP does not recognize it anymore
and I have to reset the whole thing (end sync partnership with my device,
set up the sync options with the card again (as it is seen as a new device),
set up my playlists,..)

Then it works fine for a while and after some time stop recognizing the card
again. (as a side note itune never encounter this type of pb :-))

I haven't found the reason why, if you guys have any idea, help will be
appreciated.

Thanks

Patrick

I'm having the same problem as well. I just updated WMP to Version 11 about 2
weeks ago and now I want to add a song from the playlist and WMP says
"connect to a device" What is wrong? I've tried manual sync and automatic
sync, but nothing is working! The Sync button isn't lit up like it should be.
I don't think it's my USB Ports either.

I recently updated to WMP 11, now the Samsung yp-z5 that previously worked
with it, is no longer recognized, have tried various things, even turned off
the updated Norton 2010, to no avail, can anybody help me please?
