Check to see how big your "page file" (Virtual) memory is. You could be
running out of that, and for some reason (perhaps you set it yourself
instead of letting Windows manage it) Windows isn't increasing it's size as
need... Could be something in the background eating it all up...

Do CTRL-ALT-DEL, and choose the PERFORMANCE tab. Check the lower bar graph
on the left (PF Usage)...

Page file memory was custom, but I changed to Windows Managed, still same
problem...Your Computer is running low on memory....
