WMP11 not showing album art for some files

I have a fairly large library of about 70gigs worth of music. All of my
music has the album art embedded in the .mp3 file so it can be seen on my
ipod and in itunes. Upon importing my library into WMP11 it appears that
about half my albums dont show album art. Does WMP11 not read art that is
embeddin in .mp3 files?

I was also thinking maybe its the size of the album art? A lot of my files
use 600x600 album art which is usually over 200 or 300k in size. Is there a
limitation on the size of album art that WMP11 can see?

I would really like to try out WMP11, but since most of its new UI revolves
around album art, im at a loss here.

Any help or info would be great, thanks!

It should show up fine... does the album art show up on a friend's/anyone
else's v11 computer... ?

I have noticed that any file I embed art into from itunes does not show up in
WMP11. I even added the artwork using tag&rename and still does not show up
in WMP11. One of the other developers on the forum noted that the first beta
release had a 64k album art limit on it. Is this true? If so it would
explain why the majority of my art is not showing up.

I'm not sure what kind of crazy monkey art you're putting in your files...
is there a sample file showing this error that you're talking about ... ?

i to am having a similar issue, The album art displays fine in the now
playing, section and in the bottom left corner and in the album art
visualization.

The problem is when browsing.

This is annoying. i can't seem to find any correlations either.

Browsing via what mechanism? The shell Explorer uses an older look-up
method, if that's what you're referring to.
