High-speed Internet Radio streams disabled in Chrome WMP plugin

Windows Media Internet Radio is the most popular webradio network, and many
of its stations have Low- and High-Speed streams. For these stations, Google
Chrome's Windows Media Player plugin disables the High-Speed station and what
plays is the low-quality Low-Speed stream only.
