What do I require to capture streaming video with WMP 11.
I have XP Home with SP3.

It doesn't do that - it's just a Player, not a capture tool. =)

Is there a plugin or another software program I can use to capture
something playing in windows media player.
I know rhere is a program for you tube but I can't find anything for WMP 11.

You can Not capture streaming video
in WMP with nobodys Software...... it's made that way ....... Copyrights
Come in to play here!

But you can capture streaming video in somebody Player but not in a
Microsoft player.

http://www.realnetworks.com/ will do it for you!
