Usually the .M4V movies on iTunes are DRM protected, so if you want enjoy iTunes movie on android phone, like the Motorola Xoom, you should first remove DRM from iTunes .M4V videos, and then convert the iTunes movies to MP4 with H.264 codec by using a video converter. Hope this can help you.
