Media Encoder SDK documentation

Where might I find this documentation? The documentation provided with the
SDK and the encoder itself are both very incomplete (where is IWMEncoder for
example?) The only place I have found so far is
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms991208.aspx and this is
specifically for VB and has much of the api missing. Notably, IWMEncSource
is missing and I need this to discover how to capture a window. Can any
body provide a link to the full documentation? Even better if it is
designed for C# although frankly any complete documentation would be nice.

Perhaps I'm confused. I downloaded the SDK and I se no documentation at all. Could you please direct to the documentation.
