Hello,
I am a new user to WME 9 series, and am trying to get it to stream the
desktop. I have designated the input as desktop, and set the output to
stream. I am using port 8081, and have opened the firewall to allow
connections to it. The networking is ok, as I am able to open a WMP client
to the streaming PC and am able to see the desktop... except ... that the
time does not change on display that shows on the client WMP. I get nice
resolution, and lots of bits and packets flying around, but the current time
does not come across. What am I doing wrong?
TIA !

There's nothing to see on the "Time" - the media encoder is sending
realtime video, not a file (I assume) so the concept of "in 30
seconds" is a bit pointless as you can't seek 30 seconds forward, or
indeed 30 seconds back.

Cheers - Neil
