The problem is with media player 10.
This person has purchased all of music online or has recorded his own cd's
into 1 machine. It was infected with 1700 virus, malware, trojans.
Some of his music will play while some of his music says it needs a license.
He has gone out in the past to get the license but the next time he went to
play a song it gave him the same message that he needed to download a
license.

Now he gets the following error message:
The license cannot be downloaded because the license has already been
downloaded 10 times.

How do we get his license and what steps should be taken if it asks to
obtain the license again the next time he goes to play his music?

Do we need to just backup his data files and reinstall his operating system?
