Submitting photographs to Microsoft

Does anyone know how to submit photographs to Microsoft for possible
inclusion with Windows as desktop backgrounds?

How do they choose the default photographs for a new version of
Windows...the ones they put in the sample folder? ...and to whom do I send
them?
