I've got Wmrmobjs.WMRMChallenge.1 error '80070057'

Hi everybody. I tried to use MS's examples and I've got

"Wmrmobjs.WMRMChallenge.1 error '80070057'
The parameter is incorrect."

in batchpackage_licgen.asp

But when I turn off the error handler by adding "On Error Resume Next" -
everything works OK but only on XP OS (WMP10). When someone is trying to play
WMV with WMP12 (on Win7) it doesn't work... The "play" button is disabled.

I catched HTTP headers between client and server and I've got next:

Please, need your help with that. How to make it works?
