My start icon was at the bottom left on my home page. It is now in the right
hand upper. How do I get it back where it belongs? I don't know what happened
to move it.

Move the whole taskbar back to where it was. Grab it by an unused part
and drag it to the bottom of the screen and let go.
The taskbar can reside on any of the four sides of the screen.
