No, but you can extract a new copy from the most recent rb???.can file in the
windows\sysbckup folder, alternatively use the command
SCANREG /RESTORE
to restore a backup copy of the registry and accompanying win.ini and
system.ini files from those same rb***.cab files. You can run scanreg
/restore from a DOS prompt if you are unable to boot into Win Me.
