If you are looking for help you really do need to supply full details of all
error messages. I'm sorry but

As it happens, I don't. List each step you make in attempting to use system
restore and at which point you see the error. It is quite possible that
system restore is broken and needs resetting however if this is the case
then you won't have any checkpoints.
Incidentally I've never felt the need to either use system restore or
rollback my system after viewing a video on youtube. What sort of video
were you watching? Did it have an unusual format?
