My computer goes to my windows screen no icons and I get
the message that Shdocvw.dll has cause an error ,but I
cant get no where on my comp to fix or change anything. In
safe mode I get the same message .What can I do ,I am
using my sons computer to try and find help.can you please
help me.Thank you Shirley
