Close the file inside the application that created it. From Explorer,
drag and drop the file into an e-mail composed to whomever you wish to send
it to, and then just send the e-mail. It is sent as a file attachment.
Similarly, you can start an e-mail, and click the paper clip icon, which
opens a browse window that allows you to 'drill down' to wherever the file
is, and attach it to the e-mail you are working on.
