I want access a software which is running in another system. I want to run

What OS's are running on the two computers?
What exactly are you trying to do?
You cannot run (under normal circumstances) software from a remote computer
on a local computer, although you can load a datafile from the remote
computer into software running on the local computer.
If you're using XP or higher on both computers, you may be able to use
Remote Assistance to run the remote computer from the local one
With ME, you would have to use third-party software such as RealVNC - if
they support ME.
