My wife's laptop is networked to my desktop. We use a wireless network
hardware, but connect using the Windows networking program to network
and share DSL. When we travel we take the laptop with us and connect
through AOL and I use either IE or Netscape for browsing. I can still
check my e-mail with netscapes messenger. But since I've used internet
sharing I can connect with AOL, but can't get a browser to find the AOL
portal to surf the web or get e-mail with messenger. Is there a way to
temp. disable the network stuff until I return home?
I hope this isn't too complicated to read.
Thanks,
Jeff
