I have almost completed a project on Windows Movie Maker; a selection of
photos, transitions and various music. All seems well in the preview,
however, when I attempt ot save it to My Computer, I experience one or the
other of 2 problems. 1) Saving reaches a certain point then only saves audio,
not video. Or, 2. Saving reaches a certain point then stalls on a particular
photo. The file I am trying to save is 142MB and I have over 18GB of free
space.

I am using Windows XP Professional. Help appreciated.

You really should be posting this question to a Windows XP user group - this
one is for users of Windows Millennium Edition!

try microsoft.public.windowsxp.moviemaker

I had the same problem where it just stopped and didn't finish saving. I
finally saved it to my documents, from there I sent it to the CD drive to
save on the CD and it worked great.
