On switching on I get Invalid System Disk, Replace the
disk and then press any key. What disk? I have made no
back up boot disk! So what disk am I replacing? If enter
key pressed it says Disk boot failure, insert system disk
and press enter? Before all this it was starting in safe
mode. Please help!!!!!

Sounds as if your hard drive is failing or has failed.
