What do you expected for us to do? Now we can't change region for DVD. Just 4
times.. so???? Now it's a crime to buy different regions of DVD? Or you want
users to buy 2 computers or 2 dvd units, each for a different region??
Yeah, you have developed the worst system (vista) which runs slower than XP,
even we buy better computers (a strategy for making all users to buy new
computers when you develop next "efficient" operating system??). You don't
care about consumers or efficiency, just $$$$ that's all...

Damned are you..

Not a Microsoft problem, moan at those responsible such as MPAA and the
movie makers who are those who insisted on DVD regions so as to maximise
THEIR profits.

From Wikipedia but there are many other sources:
"The commercial DVD player specification requires that a player to be sold
in a given place not play discs encoded for a different region (region 0
discs are not restricted). The purpose of this is to allow motion picture
studios to control aspects of a release, including content, release date,
and, especially, price, according to the region. Many DVD players are or
can be modified to be region-free, allowing playback of all discs."

> You don't care about consumers or efficiency,

Go on, show your ignorance and let everyone have a good laugh at you.

I don't recall anyone forcing you or anyone else to use Vista if you choose
not to.

I have machines that run ME still and they get the job done. Could they run
XP? Probably, but why bother if they do what they ae supposed to?

If it isn't broke, don't fix it.
