I am having severe pincushion problems with my CRT monitor. Also some
distortion of the top part of the screen. Sometimes it doesnt happen
for a while. Sometimes it starts when I turn the computer on.
Sometimes it goes away on its own. When it happens the various
controls on the monitor do not work. How can I tell if it is a monitor
problem or video card problem ?
