Hi. I bought 4 GPS nav. devices recently. I returned 2 so far. I would
like to be able to do more with them, than they can do, out of the
box. The computers run WinCE 4.2/5.0, so they should be able to run
other software, or each others software, right?

Also, one I've got has a Chinese WinCE installed! I can't read
Chinese. How can I get around this?
