Problem launchin Resource consumer from cetk

Hi guys, i'm having troubles getting the resource consumer tool to work, i'm
working with windows mobile 6.5.

When i launch the app from the cetk window i got an exception and altough
the client launches i canot modify anything neither connect to the device, in
the debug i got this:
