bug on RasHangUp using RIL

It is said in the ce 6 release notes there is a bug on RasHangUp when in
conjuction with enfora radio.
Is anybody can help me to provide more information about this?

Have you installed and looked through the QFEs for CE6? If it was a known
bug at the time of the CE 6.0 release, I'd be surprised if it hasn't been
fixed by now...

I installed the windows CE 6 R3,
also I viewed the latest updates , I can't find description
or code about this bug.
Do I neglect something?

There's a whole set of updates that you have to install, some of them
post-R3. If you don't find it, I suspect that it's either a) never been
tried by anyone but you, or b) is not a bug in RasHangUp, but in how you're
using RAS. If you install *all* of the updates, do a clean sysgen, and it's
still a problem, your only real recourse is to start a support issue with MS
(go to www.microsoft.com/embedded and follow the Support path, depending on
where you are located). You should get two free support incidents with the
full version of Platform Builder/CE...
